Katie Hellmann

General Manager & Personal Trainer

Education/Certifications: Katie received her B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Fitness Leadership and M.S. in Exercise Physiology. ACE CPT, AFAA Group Fitness, Cycle, BodyFlow, P90X and American Heart Association (CPR, AED, First Aid) certified.

Experience: Katie has over 7 years of experience in a variety of health club settings such as campus recreation, commercial, and corporate. She has been teaching group fitness classes since 2014 and became a certified personal trainer in 2019. Katie began her journey at Resolution Fitness in 2017 as a Membership Coordinator and went on to become the Assistant Manager in 2019. In 2020, she became General Manager at another Corporate Health Unlimited facility and returned as GM at Resolution Fitness in December of 2021. 

Specialties: Functional Training, General Fitness, Strength Training, Group Fitness, Marketing, and Wellness Programming

Matt Barlow

Fitness Manager & Master Trainer

Education/Certifications: Matt earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University. He is an ACSM certified Personal Trainer, a USAW Level 1 Coach, a CrossFit level 2 Trainer, and is CrossFit Gymnastics certified. Matt is CPR and AED certified through the AHA.

Experience: Matt is an avid long-distance runner completing multiple half marathon and full marathon races. He is also an 8-year Marine Corps veteran with extensive strength and conditioning experience. 

Specialties: Functional Training, Cross Training, Weight Training, CrossFit.


Keegan LaMotte

Guest Services Associate & Personal Trainer

Education/Certifications: Keegan earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from Georgia State University. He is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and certified in CPR and AED.

Experience: Keegan has worked in the hospitality industry for 8 years before transitioning to a career in health and fitness. For the last 2 year, he has gained experience in personal training and program design. Keegan is passionate about the physical and mental benefits of regular exercise.

Luis Boscan-Hendricks

Personal Trainer

Education/Certifications: Luis is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and holds a TRX Team Certification. Luis is also a certified spin instructor through the Nautilus Institute.

Experience: Luis has multiple years of experience with Personal Training.  He believes in making every training session fun and motivational. Luis' training motto is simply, "be the best you can!" 

Specialties: TRX Training Camp, Weight Loss & Management, Metabolic Training, Cross Training, and Motivation.
