Meet our talented and dedicated Resolution Fitness staff! From Guest Services to Management, we are passionate about health, fitness, and wellness. It is our mission to take care of our guests and members by leading each one to reach their health and wellness goals.

Matt Barlow

General Manager & Personal Training Lead

Education/Certifications: Matt earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University. He is an ACSM certified Personal Trainer, a USAW Level 1 Coach, a CrossFit level 2 Trainer, and is CrossFit Gymnastics certified. Matt is CPR and AED certified through the AHA.

Experience: Matt is an avid long-distance runner completing multiple half marathon and full marathon races. He is also an 8-year Marine Corps veteran with extensive strength and conditioning experience. Matt began at Resolution Fitness as a Personal Trainer in 2018 and Fitness Manager in 2022. 

Specialties: Functional Training, Cross Training, Weight Training, CrossFit.

Keegan LaMotte

Guest Services Associate & Personal Trainer

Education/Certifications: Keegan earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from Georgia State University. He is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and certified in CPR and AED.

Experience: Keegan has worked in the hospitality industry for 8 years before transitioning to a career in health and fitness. For the last 2 year, he has gained experience in personal training and program design. Keegan is passionate about the physical and mental benefits of regular exercise. 

Specialties: Strength Training, Mobility Training, Golf

Luis Boscan-Hendricks

Personal Trainer

Education/Certifications: Luis is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and holds a TRX Team Certification. Luis is also a certified spin instructor through the Nautilus Institute.

Experience: Luis has multiple years of experience with Personal Training.  He believes in making every training session fun and motivational. Luis' training motto is simply, "be the best you can!" 

Specialties: TRX Training Camp, Weight Loss & Management, Metabolic Training, Cross Training, and Motivation.
